Creating Your Family Account Profile

Troy School District has transitioned to a new online tool to register and manage your child’s registration and enrollments. Listed are some tips for creating a family profile. 

Create Your Account Profile

1. Browse to the Eleyo website: https://troy.ce.eleyo.com.
2. Create your profile by selecting Sign In (top, right corner).  
3. To create a new profile, log in with Facebook or Google. If you do not have either, select Create One Now. 
4. When creating an account within the system, you will be required to enter your basic contact information including an email address that will be used as your login and a password. If your email address is recognized and associated with an account, use the Send Forgot Password Email to reset your password.
5. Complete the profile form and select Create Account.  An email will be sent from Eleyo with a link to verify your account.  Use the Verify Your Email Address button on that email to verify your account. Use the Verify Your Email Address button on that email to verify your account. 

Add Family Members and Emergency Contacts

1. If you are not already on the website, browse to https://troy.ce.eleyo.com email address and password by selecting the Sign In button. 
2. Select your name in the top right, corner of the screen then select Your Account / Relationships to view your profile.
3. Use the Add a Relationships button to add all family members.
4. Select the Create Person button. button.
5. After you have finished setting up the people associated with your profile, select the Explore button.
6. On the left, under the Manage Family Members add new emergency contacts.
7. Use the Emergency Contacts button to to update emergency contact information.
8. To prevent creating duplicate users in the system, when adding an emergency contact that is already part of your profile, please search for the contact name then select from the list of existing users that are presented.

Registering for C.A.R.E.

This quick reference will walk you through the process of registering a childcare contract. Please follow the steps below to register for a pick your weeks schedule type. 

Login Information

• Browse to the website:  https://troy.ce.eleyo.com.
• Select Sign Up (top, right corner) and enter your login credentials. NOTE: If your email address is recognized as a previously registered user, please use the link to receive an emailed link to create a password.  

• Select Explore All Programs. 
• Select the child care program from the Explore menu.
• Select Registration.  NOTE: If you already have a child care account, select New Contract. 
• Select your child from the list displayed (left side of menu). You may edit the child’s information by selecting Edit Child Info if any information has changed. If not, select Looks Good - Start Registering. 
• Complete the Emergency Contact / Authorized Pick-ups form, then select Verify Contacts / Pick-Ups and Continue.
• Review the program description and instruction text (if applicable) and select the Season (if applicable) you are registering your child for.
• Select the Child Care Site and select Use Location and Continue. 
• If the program has Terms & Agreements, select I have read and agree to the above terms and conditions, then select Accept Terms and Continue.
• Select Pick Your Weeks and select the days of the week your child will attend for each site section. NOTE: If program requires a minimum number of days and.or weeks, please be sure to select at least the minimum to continue through the registration process.
• Select Complete Schedule Setup and Continue.
• Answer any registration questions required by the program then select Complete Questions and Continue.
• Enter a payment method that will be charged for any registration fees or deposits required by the program. If you have a saved payment method already attached to your profile, you can choose from your existing payment methods.
• Select Complete Registration.

You have now completed the registration for a pick your weeks schedule contract. Your contract request is pending until you receive a confirmation email when the program staff approves your schedule.

Eleyo Account Management

You can access details about your account when you log into your account in Eleyo. This includes invoices, payment details, and contract status.

To register for Half-Days, Full Days Specials, Delayed Start-Days

On the left side of this Account Management view, there should be a button to register for Non-School Day contracts, (this is where the Half Days, Full Day Specials and Delayed Start Days are). Click on that button and follow these instructions:

1. Account Management: You can manage contracts, preview and pay invoices, register for non-school days, manage auto pay and authorized pickups, and download tax statements or receipts.
2. Latest Invoice: This section shows if there is an outstanding invoice with any balance due, due date, and/or any credit on the account.  If the Balance Due is displayed in Red, this means your account currently has a credit balance.
3. Auto Payments: This section will indicate if an auto payment is setup.  if there is not one, you can set one up.
4. Current & Upcoming Contracts: This will show if there is a current contract pending or approved. You will click into the contract to make changes.
5. Recent Activity: This section will show all billing and payment activity. Any amount in Red is either a payment or a credit to the account. Payments will show the payment method used.

Troy School District Pesticide/Herbicide Pre-Application Notification Form

Dear Parent/Guardian:

The Troy School District has adopted an Integrated Pest Management Plan.  If a pesticide/herbicide is applied during the year, including the summer months when school is not in session a public notice will be posted at the common entrances of the school buildings at least 48 hours prior to the application.

You have the right to be informed by U.S. mail postmarked at least three days prior to any pesticide application that might be needed in your school.  If you would like to receive notification by U.S. mail, please notify the TSD Operations Office (pesticide notification) at 1140 Rankin Dr. Troy, MI in writing.  In an emergency, pesticides may be applied without prior notice, but you will be provided notice following any such application.  To receive notification, please complete the following information.  If the form is not returned, we will assume you do not want to be notified. Should you have questions or concerns about pest management within your school/work place, please contact the Principal or the Superintendent’s office. 

Please request a form from the Continuing Education Department (248) 823-5100 and return it to the school/work place. The following information appears on the form:
